Renters Beware! I should have known that this place was going to be a nightmare upon my first visit. The front office staff seemed disorganized and put out that I was inquiring about the property. I rented an apartment because they had a pool and a gym, and it was close to work for me. It has been nothing but nightmares ever since. There are pests in the ceilings, large raccoons and ferrel cats run wild here. If you call or ever go into the office, they act like they are too busy that they do not have time for you. If you call about a maintenance issue, you may not see anyone or get a call back. I find this quite curious considering the head of maintenance for the company lives on site. The gym is disgusting and dirty. The equipment, carpet, and chairs look like they have never been cleaned, None of the remotes work for the televisions, and the exercise balls are all half deflated. Not that they are clean enough to use anyway. The laundry area is dirty, the public bathrooms by the pools are filthy, and the pool decking around the pools is splintered so badly that if you don't wear shoes you will pay the price. The deck chairs are stained and filthy and look as though no one has taken a cloth and cleaner to them in years. There are no garages. The office relies on the tenants to call a towing company if someone parks in a designated covered space. They do not want to be accountable for anything. The sidewalks, decking, and trash areas are all stained and filthy. It is amazing that they will not take the time to use a garage broom and some soapy water to clean it up. There is a huge problem with raccoons and ferrel cats. They did nothing about it for months. They finally sent out a letter outlining the times for valet trash, which is a joke, because they never pick up when they say that they will. They have promissed to fine each tenant $50 a day if your can is left outside even if the valet trash didn't pick up. However, they are not going to walk around and enforce this, oh no, they are asking that the tenants call the office and tell on their neighbors. I think the worst part of living here is how you are treated by the staff. They are rude and have no interest in helping you once you have given them your check and signed a lease. I wish I had read a review like this before I signed my year away. I will NOT live here once my lease is up. I am even considering paying my lease off and leaving. Save your money and rent from a better company.

Cons: PESTS!!! Raccoons, ferrell cats, bugs, filthy ammenities.
