Will never return, after 18 years of being a loyal customer. The service was unbelievably rude. After thousands and thousands of dollars spent at Bright Beginnings, I will never ever return. They ignored me, and gave items I was planning on purchasing to a customer who entered the store after me three times in 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I drove across the parking lot to Prada Baby and purchased.
