Review content:
I would not recommend using this title company for anything above a cash deal. They are less than helpful in many ways. They were unwilling to work past 5PM on a Friday to do the HUD for a Monday morning settlement. Worst part is, the it was an already delayed settlement. They acted like it was a bother to perform basic tasks in the title process and the mortgage lender was routinely waiting and having to request documents multiple times from them.
