Ole Time BBQ knows how to flavor a pig, by not masking the taste with heavy sauces. Simply put, pork tastes good and only needs the right tender care to bring out the best flavor. These guys know how to bring out the flavor by slow cooking, light seasoning and and providing a unique dining experience every time you visit.
The hot sauce is a family recipe that is like no other I've ever tasted and brings the right amount of heat, which is great cause then you get to chug the delicious sweet tea right after those heaping bites of goodness.
Pros: Best Hot Sauce I've ever Had...period
Cons: Jerry the owner, will make you laugh till you cry
