DO NOT USE!! I took my sewing machine in for minor repair and cleaning; $95 just for them to look at it! They told me it'd be done really quickly as there were only 2 machines ahead of mine. After 2 weeks I called to see what was going on and was told that it'd take $450 (minus the $95 deposit) to repair the blown motor. THE MOTOR WAS FINE WHEN I TOOK IT IN!! After I complained about the cost and the motor, they said they'd drop the price by 25% (the motor was fine when I took it in!!). Then, a week later, they offered to rebuild the motor for an extra $125 (have I mentioned the motor was FINE when I took it in?) After all this time, when I came in to pick it up, it doesn't work. The motor ran smoothly before they ""serviced"" it; now it bogs down and stalls. Very shady business practice, very slick salespeople and even shadier service manager. Use this shop when it gets really cold outside, signaling the beginning of hell freezing over.
