We thought this was going to be a great experience. The people we spoke with seemed very helpful. We ordered a prehung door, then discovered that installation would cost more than the door, pushing the project way out of our budget, so we had to cancel the door order. Ryan was very nice, cancelled the order, and said he would refund our deposit immediately. He didn't. A week later he promised again to refund our deposit, but didn't. Another week went by, another call to Ryan, another promise to refund the deposit ""today for sure"". He didn't. Now I read reviews on another site that we're not the only customers he's stiffing. We're very disappointed in his dishonesty and we also can not afford to be hung out to dry, especially at holiday and property tax time! We've remodeled 3 houses and this is our first AND LAST experience with Lou's Doors! They may know doors but, sadly, they DONT know integrity!
