Review content:
Before you get to Mataam Fez, there are a few things you should definately be aware of: you're going to eat with your hands, you're going to sit on the floor with strangers, and you're going to be there for a LONG time. If you can handle all of this, you're in for a treat.
Be prepared for a 5 course meal filled with interesting spices and smells. I won't give away the menu because it's something to experience for yourself. But please, if you're more into the bland faire you'd find at Black Eyed Pea, do yourself and everyone else a favor - stay home.
Yes, unfortunately the host tends to be anwell,you know. But with luck this unfriendly fellow will be replaced over time, leaving you with just the great food and unique experience.
