My family have been going to Romas for 30 years but never again we went in and waited 30 minutes for a table and another 20 before we were acknowledged by a waitress. 45 minutes later we asked about our food as our 5 yr old was having a meltdown and needed to eat we were told our food would be up in 12 minutes. we asked if our 5 yr old could get her spagetti and watch as tables around us were getting severved even though most had come in after us. 25 minutes later we asked to pay our drink tab and waited 30 minutes to get a manager to attend to us and allow us to pay our tab. I have NEVER had such poor service--- their food is great best to order early and pick-up late.
