I have been renting from these guys for 2 years now and I have had no complaints. Alicia in the office is amazing and is willing to help you out in any way she can. The two maintenance guys that I have met have been really nice and helpful. One even gave me his personal number so I could call him directly if I had a problem any time of the day. They are flexible with your payment and have always been very respectful and genuine to me. Their renting rates are reasonably priced, especially for students and small families. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone needing a place.
