I may be slightly biased as Steve is a long-time friend of mine, but he and his business (Friendly Mortgage) ""do a friend proud""! For someone who wears as many hats as Steve, business-related, boards/charities/foundations, he takes such a personal interest and role in helping you get the best mortgage terms and walking you comfortably through the whole process leaving out not a single detail until you are thoroughly at ease. When Steve can't possibly do the hand-holding, his staff is right there to pick up where he left off. If you are a first-time homebuyer like myself or someone more seasoned looking for great rates and a one-stop shop for mortgage needs, Friendly Mortgage is your only and best option!
