Review content:
The salespeople at the Augusta, Georgia store will tell you all the things you want to hear. I made the mistake of paying for my pool before installation. I was promised installation on the 3rd of July 2008. After many phone calls and avoidance from the management, my pool was installed on the 5th of July. Only one person came to install my pool, therefore I had to help with the installation, which I paid for. I was promised free chemicals for this service, which I have not received. Since the installation there are several spots where rocks can be felt under the liner. The floor is very uneven. The trash was not taken away by the installer after the job was completed. I refused to sign the document that I was satisfied. The bottom line is that I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.
