Upon arriving at the clinic I waited 20 minutes for a doctor that never saw my dog.. I was seen by a tech that I had to explain the procedure to. My dog never saw the doctor and when I asked was told the tech would take my animal back for the procedure. WHen the bill arrived I was charged for an exam and when I asked was told do you want to talk to the doctor. Well, at that time I was to angry and just paid the bill and left. I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed, but this was quite irritating and will inform Dr. Nicol about this when he returns.
