Review content:
Although they did an ""ok"" job on my car, the customer service was NOT something to be remembered. When I specifically asked for my usual Full Service, they took it upon themselves to perform the Silver Service. Not only was this not what I had asked for, it was also much more expensive. When I kindly asked to be refunded the money, I was told it was ""too late"" by the not-so-friendly cashier. Although the manager ended up charging me the Full Service price, it was done in a rude and demeaning manor. Although a loyal customer for the past six years, I am 100% positive I will NEVER go back.
