This is regarding the Santana Row location. My girlfriends and I had made appointments for a mid-afternoon getaway of pedicures and massages which turned out to be one nightmare after the next. The receptionist hadn't booked the massages we had ordered, they couldn't seat us all at once (even though we all had the same appointment time they said they were really busy), my girlfriend wanted some ""bling"" put on her toes and the tech said she didn't have enough time, we weren't offered any tea or water, only one of us could get a massage, this was due to there overbooking situation, and to top it off when we asked to speak to the manage/owner, she just said we could get a 10% discount and there's nothing more that she could do. This was very disappointing that customer service has dropped to this level. Pros: Location Cons: Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service
