Hands down the worst experience I've ever had ordering take out. If I could give China Hut a Negative Rating I would. And, based on other reviews I've now read, this seems to be a widely shared opinion. The first time, I ordered a lunch special I found that they had inaccurately charged me for 2 full portions instead (2x the price of the lunch special). When I tried to contest, the guy went back to the kitchen and threw the pans. I ended up leaving with my over-priced food only because I had already paid for it. Sadly, I admit that we went a SECOND time to China Hut, thinking the billing mistake and I should have been more clear up front. My brother picked up the food for takeout and, upon bringing it back to the apartment, realized that the order was not correct. We called to let them know we'd like to bring it back to exchange, at which point they began arguing and absolutely refused to do so much as apologize for the mistake. So here we are, eating dry, sauceless fried chicken since they decided to put ALL sauce on the side. It literally looks like a pile of elephant ears without the sugar, and it won't even absorb the sauce.. I have now wasted $40 and have yet to receive the order I've paid for. I have never written a negative review before, but felt I needed to issue a fair warning to other potential China Hut customers to look for another alternative, ANY other option, before going here.
