My husband ordere flowers through FTD. Bluebonnet sent flowers in a vase 1/4 the sizeof the vase shown on the FTD website. I called the store to explain the situation. The person who answered bluntly said ""what do you want me to do?"" . I said , I needed to speak with the owner. The owner was the RUDDEST person. She said she had run out of vases early in the week and that she would not send anything similar since she did not have it . She then hung up the phone on me. SHE SHOULD LEARN HOW TO TREAT COSTUMERS OR SHUT DOWN HER BUSINESS!! TERIIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I will report to the BBB. The arrangement was nothing like that shown on FTD.
