They high pressure with a guarantee warranty that they refuse to honor when things go wrong. They have no problem lying to the customer, B.B.B., Attorney General Office and even themselves to avoid correcting there mistakes and honoring there warranty. You will need to get an attorney to get them to do the right thing. The deciet starts at the top and is spread thoughout the company. You are better off contracting with a B.B.B. member.
