Ron and Liza are the consumate professionals. Their agency was one of (3) recommended by Dave Ramsey's Group that I interviewed when I decided to sell my house. They impressed me from the beginning when they arrived having already done their homework on my neighborhood and comparables. After an initial walk-through, they made several point on suggestions to facilitate the showing of my property. Their recommendations were common sense and low cost. They immediately dispatched their staff to photograph and document the property. Within four days of the listing with MLS, we had more than 20 showings and a firm offer within striking distance of my asking price. We closed less than a month later and Ron handled the final negotiations in a firm, but fair way. Result: SOLD! Enough said.
