Review content:
Was sold a wood floor for our dining room and master bedroom. The wood is horrible and the scratches are everywhere. It has to be replaced and the manufacturer that the business is supposed to stand behind blames him for selling me this floor and Dela tile will not stand behind the product they sold or help at all. I have been told so many times they would help repair the floor and they never call back. Do you want someone like that installing your floor or selling you a floor? I am very disappointed being promised over and over to help me when they really just want me to go away with a floor that is defective and have it be my problem. Another business who does not care about the consumer and just about their bottom line....
