Review content:
Do not purchase anything from this tile company along tile row (State College) in Anaheim. You are better off purchasing tile directly from Emser or other large distributors. Tile expo is just a middle man and therefore has no flexibility with its customer service. Every sale is final, even if the customer makes a mistake when measuring needed pieces. When deciding to make a purchase, they sound great and make it sound like they have everything available, despite backorders or mistakes they might make in identifying what was ordered. Working with Shawn during the purchase seemed great until he made a mistake and ordered the wrong tile slowing down the delivery of the correct product and project by 2.5 weeks. As a follow up to return extra tile, working with Brett was very discouraging as his defense was that despite the mix up, customers lie and that my business was not worth returning many pieces of a very high demand tile. I would highly recommend not working with this company and avoid TILE EXPO at all cost.
