What would it take to get a call back? Not much, but not according to this office. My husband had an appointment, but the night before was hushed to the hospital,and I almost lost him, and I called the office that morning to say he wasn't going to make his appointment. They still charged my account the office visit charge, and won't even talk to me about it. That's lousey PR. I would never recommend Wright.
