Review content:
Booked a reservation there, you have to leave a message, took a week for someone to call back. Ended up having to cancel, tried calling a couple of weeks prior to the booking, of course took over a week for them to call back. They stated that the first night was non-refundable, claimed this is stated on the website. Of course I saw no such policy on the website, but after I got off of the phone, there website was not available. Assuming they took it offline so they could add a new policy. They also claimed that they had to turn down several bookings. Doubt this claim as well as it takes them over a week to respond to any phone calls. Very unprofessionally run business. STAY AWAY!!!
