I went to Bay13 after hearing that they have a new chef. I found out that he is from NY. We were pleasantly surprised at the changes that have occured on the menu. Ahi tuna seared with parsnip puree melted in my mouth. The presentation looked like something out of a big city and the food matched. The oysters are the freshest I have had while visiting from CA. I can see that the little bit of changes are going to be big for this beautiful restaurant. Now the food matches the decor.
