Review content:
In January 2012, I redeemed a Morgan?s Deal voucher for $45 for $90 worth of carpet cleaning. I was told over the phone that there would be an additional charge for tax and gas. After I gave them the voucher number and my credit card number, I agreed to this amount before the carpet cleaner arrived. After the work was done I realized they had parked their work truck in my driveway and it left oil in several spots. I asked them to come take care of the oil spill which they were only able to get some of it removed. A few days later I realized I was charged $104.93 on my credit card! They said my voucher had expired and because of this I would have to pay the full amount. So instead of paying $45 I ended up paying $149.93. I realize it was my mistake that the voucher had expired but I would have not had the work done had I known I would be charged an ADDITIONAL $104.93 not to mention the cost it will take to have the oil spill removed a second time. Future consumers need to be aware of their business practices. They shouldn?t be trusted with a credit card upfront payment and their carpet cleaning was not worth $150. There are several other companies around town that are trustworthy and responsible. This company is not one of them!
