Review content:
Great place. Truly outstanding food and service. The menu is very similar to Houston's (various ""American"" fare), but the food is actually better at Catalina. Atmosphere is cozy but not too much, sporty but cool, and very jazzy. Live music. A great place to make an evening of it. Odd location, but it almost adds to the exceptional experience - a great companion to Bob's Steak & Chop House, which is almost next door, and some of the other hidden culinary gems in the neighborhood. Only one negative: they charge for valet. (Are the owners new to Dallas?) Hopefully this lapse of judgment can be remedied quickly.
