I had a birthday party just recently and i had one of the worst customer service ever. The lady was extremely rude and didn't even comply with her own rules. She was disrespectful in every way and i was completely dissatisfied with them. The employees were rude and not willing to help us out either. This company should not have any customers because of their actions and bad customer service. I really don't recommend this company but if you want to be treated with no respect then go ahead and get them.
