As an employee of UT this was a convenient location for a lunchtime appointment. The young lady who took care of my initial exam ""tests"" was very sweet, she lacked a little confidence, she seemed to be a very new employee, but I didn't have a problem with this. However, the older administrative ladies were quick to reprimand her in front of me by rudely pointing out she forgot to write down what type of insurance I had, and then to announce to me and the girl that she should have performed a test while I was wearing my contacts, (my contacts had been out for 5 minutes at that point). The girl was humiliated and I was offended by this older staff members lack of respect for her co-worker and me as a customer.
