I have been going to Visible Changes for 6 years now (3 in Austin and 3 in San Antonio at Northstar Mall) and I refuse to go anywhere else. Nahum is the best colorist there and is very pleasant to visit with. She knows her stuff and is able to get you in and out. She also is great for recommending new styles and is honest with you about how long the process will take if you are making a drastic change. She makes the perfect formula everytime and is good with the eyebrows, too. Fariba is my favorite for a cut and style. She is very attentive and makes sure you will be comfortable with the style she cuts. I recently trusted her to lob off 14 inches of my hair to donate to Locks of Love, and she did great with the new short style. She really loves styling hair and it shows thru with her patience and attention to detail. If you go to Visible Changes Northstar, make sure you ask for Nahum & Fariba!
Pros: skill of stylists, you can usually get an appointment in a crunch
Cons: the parking outsite the Cheesecake factory is always full so you have to go to the garage
