I experienced both Debis locations (Military drive & San Pedro). Below is my view on both to assist other brides:
SW MILITARY DRIVE: My overall impression is this is a busy shop w/ mostly prom & ""Quincera"" dresses. Both times that I went I was the only bride there. Everyone else was picking up a prom or Quinerea dress. However, they DO have several long racks w/ bridal gown in various sizes - very much worth looking through. I found my DREAM DRESS here and I was very happily surprised! Its a new style - couldnt find it anywhere else. You never know what's hiding in a store unless you actually go & see! The sales lady was down to earth & assisted greatly. She helped and did not rush me to select dresses - she was awesome. And a 2nd sales lady was equally courteous when I called the store for further assistance. But keep in mind, everyone is uber busy here & you can feel the busy vibe in the air - so perhaps be prepared for a more a casual bridal search....but there's nothing wrong with that.
DEBI'S SAN PEDRO: I ended up here to get my dress altered. This Debis is in a nicer neighborhood, next to a famous ritzy mall - Northstar mall. That alone sets a tone for the store. This is a true bridal store....its bright & open. Most racks are bridal gowns. beautiful. The staff is so professional & most are wearing suits. The seamstress & owner were so classy & sweet. I felt very comfortable leaving my dress here for alterations.
Bottom Line: I highly recommend both locations for your bridal search.
