Debi's has horrible customer service and I will advise all I know not to even bother. I ordered a dress to try on through a borrow program (where I pay a fee and they ""borrow"" the dress for me to try on). When I went in for my appointment to try it on, the dress was in horrible shape. It was wrinkled and creased beyond belief. I'm sure this happened in shipping, but I think if I pay to have something brought in, they could at least try to steam out the wrinkles before I come in. And the owner refused to give me more than a sliver of the fabric color swatch sent from the company because despite me paying $60 to see a dress, he claims the swatch was his, not mine. Ok, but at least give me more than a sliver of the 4x5 swatch you now have so I can consider buying the dress I paid to have shipped for me to try on. The manager (I assume that's who he was) was rude and displeasing and I will never give them my business again.
Cons: Horrible customer service, management rude
