I normally love this place, but today I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and left to listen to every conversation that took place--even those of employees laughing at another customer for calling back after they were also apparently placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. I hung up after 25 minutes and called back. The manager picked up and informed me that they were closed but he would do me a "favor" by taking my order. He completely glossed over the fact that no one had the decency to even come back and say "hold on we're kinda busy," just some hood, mediocre response that they were super busy, and come on sista--even though I heard several personal discussions taking place, and people coming in to place orders well after I had called. I would have preferred they just told me they weren't delivering. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I coulda called five spot for that ish. no bueno.
