If I could give this place less then one star I would. We have lived here for almost a year. When we signed our lease the manager, Paulette, told us that if we signed a two year lease we could break it at a year with no penalty. Sounded good, gave us stable rent for two years and if we decide we are ready to buy a house it is no big deal...wrong, she says she never said that. Whatever. Keep my deposit.
