I hate to make this sound like the other reviewers' comments, but it is obvious that Burger Joe's has no intention of fixing their problems. Food took forever to get here (more than 2 hours from time of placed order), it was cold when it arrived, and definitely did not live up to their hype. I don't know what their protocol is, but I received a call an hour after I placed my order asking for my CC number again. This place is ridiculous; I am located about 5-10 mins away. Customer service was unfriendly and untruthful; yes, they hung up on me as well. They should not advertise delivery if they actually can't deliver. They should not even be in business. Please do NOT go to Burger Joe's. There are so many better places.
