STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT! About 4 years ago, my mother looked at a BARELY used 2008 Chrysler 300c. Long story short, the check engine light came on, blinked a few times, then the car died on a blind bend on Castle Shannon Blvd. They told us that it was a transmission solenoid that went bad. Yesterday, I decided to test drive a 2004 Honda Accord EX-L V6 (black). I got in, checked it out, and noticed some faults. Marty, our very rude, and unfortunate salesman, asks what I thought of the car, and I told him. His response was less than professional, so I let him know that these things that were wrong (dead map lights, broken center console, worn radio button text) SHOULD ALWAYS be fixed when a car is put on the showline, and NO customer should EVER see these things (my car is 13 years old, mind you, and I've never even had to replace a map light, or center console lid). Moving on... While we were driving along (car not aligned, now have you) it started to make intermittent scraping noises, followed by occasional clanging and banging. We brought it back, and Marty says that they will take it for a spin, asking us to please sit tight. As Marty walks inside, the sun catches the paint on the car just right for us to notice that the driver side door is painted jet black (and overbuffed, to hide it), which is NOT the Accord's black paint. When he comes out, my father patiently says, ""Now what the hell is wrong with the door color versus the rest of the body?"" Marty precedes to tell us that the door had a little scratch, so it was painted. Clearly, from the noises being made, to the alignment, to the paint, this car was in an accident and these people got it before repairs could be done at a legit repair shop. Now readers, the rest of this car was COVERED with scratches, and again, more than my 13 year old car. NONE of these scratches were covered or corrected. In fact, right under this mysterious door, it looked like a child tried to wax the car with rocks. These people, or at least this guy, who was in fact the same salesman as the one 4 years ago, need to be held accountable for their shady dealings. I had been taken by a forged carfax on my first car, and I won't let ANYONE go through what I did. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT buy the black 2004 Honda Accord EX-L Couple V6!!!
