Do NOT order from Satay. We planned a relaxing night in, with takeout and a DVD. What we got was a huge hassle. Satay has problems delivering the right orders. It happened once before but we gave them another chance and now regret it. We tried to eat the entree, but it was terrible. We asked the manager to send us the right entree or give us a refund. Two hours later, no order. I called back and asked for a refund not the credit they offered (time to cut our losses). She said we would get us the right order and a refund. When the driver showed up (three hours after the original order was placed), he refused to give us a refund and accused us of not giving him enough money. I know we paid him and gave a good tip. I called the owner at his other restaurant (Tie me up noodles) and was told the driver would drop off the refund for the one entree (shorted me on the tax, by the way) after he finished delivering all the other orders. How do these businesses stay open?
