Review content:
The first time my dog was injured by the clippers and they did not tell me. This is the second mistake, they butchered by dog's long hair ( a shih tzu) that was not to be cut. One of the girls cut the fur on the left ear and face and said it was breakage. When I got home and combed the dogs fur I could see the straight cuts. I know the difference between breakage and scissor cuts, I am a costmetologist! Why they lie is beyond me. These people are unprofessional and totally incompetent. Don't trust them with your pets!
