Best Groomer Ever 10/26/2011

As the owner of 2 large standard poodles who are groomed every few weeks, I can tell you: I know groomers. I have been so pleased with Tina that I drive out of my way, passing other grooming shops that would be more convenient. Tina and her staff have on several occasions over the years, alerted me to bumps or lumps and other ailments that they found while grooming my dogs that I had yet to discover. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. more

Unprofessional and incompetent. 9/24/2008

The first time my dog was injured by the clippers and they did not tell me. This is the second mistake, they butchered by dog's long hair ( a shih tzu) that was not to be cut. One of the girls cut the fur on the left ear and face and said it was breakage. When I got home and combed the dogs fur I could see the straight cuts. I know the difference between breakage and scissor cuts, I am a costmetologist! Why they lie is beyond me. These people are unprofessional and totally incompetent. Don't trust them with your pets! more
