Review content:
We have been going to Houlihan's for a long time. We usually go to this location. But lately, we have received bad service and bad food. One evening, my husband and I went for dinner there. His rosemary chicken was over cooked, his mashed potatoes had hard crispy chunks in it. As the manager watched my husband go to the bathroom he comes over to ask about the food (obviously he didn't want to ask the person that ordered the bad meal). he didn't ask if we wanted another meal or a refund, he just apologized and walked away. Another time, we went in for their mini desserts, it was a ""sit yourself"" at the bar area. We sat there for almost 30 min until someone came up to ask if we were even helped. after he asked, we waited another 15 min for anyone to come by to ask what we wanted to order and drink. We haven't been back since.
