I took my 91 Cougar to this place. They were not helpful at all, coldly stating that my car had obsolete parts on it and that they knew of no place that had the parts. They were anything but helpful in finding the parts and I had to find all the car parts myself. In the meantime, they told me that my car had 2 days to sit in their parking lot till it was towed, city ordinance. I said, can you at least mark it or push the car into your repair yard so that it wont be towed away until I can find the parts for the vehicle? Their response was a flat no, that I'm on my own. Absolutely ridiculous, and I completely regret taking my car here. They obviously do not want my business, are not at all helpful, and couldn't care less what happens to my car. STEAR CLEAR, AT ALL COSTS. IF YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN TOW IT ELSEWHERE.
