I got my haircut by Cat a few months ago and while she gave me a pretty basic looking cut (not one of the best I've had), I loved the price. I planned on this place being the salon I'd go to when I just needed a trim but not for a new trendy cut. I recently went back to get my bangs trimmed for free (a guarantee from Cat) and was disappointed to find out that she left. I got my bangs trimmed by the owner instead. I requested side swept bangs but they looked more like they were cut to be straight across. The stylist didn't put much effort into making them look good -- somebody later asked me if I tried to cut them myself (wth). I didn't feel very welcome either. Maybe it was just the particular day I went? Any way, I don't plan on going back.
