You have just lost my business !! Permanently. I refuse to further give you my business, get the wrong order, for the third time, not get it replaced and to top it get the shitty underpriveledged attitude from the clerk in your Kirkland, WA store.
I will spend my money elsewhere and I hope the community catches on and shares the same attitude if they face a similar situation.
I do not wish you well anymore!! If your policy treats customers in the manner as I was tonight, then you deserve to be out of business.
