Review content:
There's a book out called Scam. It's eerily reminiscent of the way these people operate. They will charge for what they think is needed to be done relating to your landscaping needs, not what you want. Wanted a certain style of porch. Got something I didn't ask for. They don't call you back because they KNOW what you want: to complain and ask when they'll be back. Hint: Take pictures for before and after purposes. Get EVERYTHING you want on paper and SIGNED.
