I rented the unit for 2 years before April Realty took over maintenance. I say took over loosely, because they did not make repairs, and I am currently seeking legal aid in getting the money they owe me. They are inconsistent, unprofessional, and will do everything they can to keep from returning deposits; I suggest anyone unfortunate enough to rent from this company keep documentation of everything, take photos, cover your butt because you'll need to. I encourage people to contact the Attorney General of Texas and the Better Business Bureau of Austin; both will help you resolve issues with this criminal company.
