They completely renovated our property quickly, professionally, and with the greatest craftsmen ever. Can't say enough good things. If you want someone who will take care of your tenants and your property, then David Allen at April Realty is your man. more

Exceptional property management 11/10/2011

This is the first time I have ever written a review on anyone, but the service David Allen and his crew have given us warrants a huge acknowledgement of their exceptional excellence in all aspects of property management. The words to describe these guys come easy - professional, fair, knowlegable, easygoing ( but fast when it comes to repairs), and most of all - attention to detail. We were referred to David by one of the top realtors in Austin and we will never be able to thank him enough more

Good Company to rent from 10/12/2011

Great service. 1/25/2011

I live in a duplex with my girlfriend of 5 years and we have been living at our current address for 2,April Reality is courteous and understands what to do when things go wrong.We had a leak not to long ago at the highest point in our house,needless to say this is something I could not fix.So I called up April Reality and got a maintenance man showing up the next day,they saw the problem and got roofers asap.I like company's like this,it shows they care. more

I rented the unit for 2 years before April Realty took over maintenance. I say took over loosely, because they did not make repairs, and I am currently seeking legal aid in getting the money they owe me. They are inconsistent, unprofessional, and will do everything they can to keep from returning deposits; I suggest anyone unfortunate enough to rent from this company keep documentation of everything, take photos, cover your butt because you'll need to. I encourage people to contact the Attorney General of Texas and the Better Business Bureau of Austin; both will help you resolve issues with this criminal company. more

Not happy 8/11/2010

My roomies and I were excited at first. We did the applications. We did the deposit and got approved. Then they told us we needed to pay another $200 because we didn't have a great renting history. Considering we had all gone through school, been to various apartments, and never had problems, I was very suspicious. We are all in our 20's and look very young. I figured they thought they could take advantage of our naivet?. Not happy with them. They did not follow through with the things they said they would fix, then they kept trying to take our money. I would tell my worst enemy not to go to them in the future. more

Maintenance here sucks 5/11/2010

These people don't know how to take care of their renters. The maintenance men have attitudes and can't fix a damn thing. No one ever returns a damn phone call. Not the manager, not the owner and god forbid a maintenance man actually show up to fix something in under a week. These people are so unprofessional. I can't wait to get the hell out of my lease. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made. more

Stupid People 5/6/2010

People who won't accept certain breeds of dogs because of media portrayals and what not is just stupid. This managment company falls under that. I hope they encounter a lab that bites their face off. :) Because until you encounter each animal as they are, you really have no room to talk or judge. I wouldn't rent from these judgemental pricks if they paid me. Cons: Supid People more
