They do offer better monthly rates. I was interested in renting for 3-4 months. I asked the lady on the phone simple questions about pricing and she acted annoyed at me for asking and pretty impatient. It's 900 a month during off season then peaks to almost twice that (1900) for a small space, in season, pretty ridiculous for the area. As you can see it's very tacky looking on the outside. It does look clean from the pictures on the web on the inside but haven't been myself to check it out yet. Also if you want kitchenette it's an extra 2 to 300 a month (too much). The lady I spoke with seemed to be mad that I asked how many units were full, 5 are open, I can see why. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
