The new Chicago area rep, Bill, made a cold call to my store and at first I told him I didn't have time. He was very polite and sincerely told me he was here to give me a fee audit to make sure I was getting the lowest price on my credit card processing. All he needed was my statement. He entered my info on a spread sheet and did a side-by-side comparison. Just like that he was able to save me over 10% on my bill, which came out to over $2,000 a year. The transition was easy, they did most of the work and guided me through anything I had to do. I get my money in my account the next day, which I never had before. I strongly recommend this company and the new rep they hired.
