I've been here almost 10 years now and I love it here. I saw the other two reviews and they are dead wrong. That guy who said the renters cause the issues here is 100% right. Most people here own their unit ans there are also some great renters here that I am great friends with. We love socializing in the court yard with friends and meeting new people here. Summers at the pool are wonderful, like a vacation. My unit is so clean with a wonderful views. People who visit are jealous. They talk about how they have to mow their lawn and I talk about how I have to lay out at the pool. Lazy and easy is how I describe living here. There have been some people who have rented here thinking they can do as they please and disregard other peoples peace and quiet here. I do love it here and see myself staying here as long as I can.
Pros: Lakefront property, easy living, inexpensive
