I've been tanning at beach bum for a very long time and until I came across LA Sunset Tan, I didn't know what I was missing out on. The moment you walk in you really need to take a step back because you don't feel like you are in a tanning salon at all. Although the staffs at both locations were nice, the staff at LA are very knowledgable, courteous, helpful and don't pressure you into buying an unneccessary package. Whats really nice about it, is the packages never expire which is a huge thing for me since I've always had problems with my packages expiring and then not even getting them back or being told I had to buy another package to get them back. But what really popped out at me and what I didnt expect was their bathrooms. Not only are they gorgeous but OMG they are so clean, which is something I think everyone worries about. The prices are MUCH lower than any other tanning salon I've been too as well. Overall this salon deserves a five star, when I left my tanning room session a young girl was working with a client and asked her client if she would mind if she asked me a few questions. The client said no take your time and the girl asked me how I liked the bed, how I enjoyed my free tanning lotion and gave me a coupon for a free airbrush, a menu explaining all of their services, a business card and the flyer of the current specials! Now THAT is customer service!
