I have been going to this establishment since opening day. I purchased a package totaling approximately $450. I have referred 3 others to this establishment who have purchased similiar packages. Overall, the staff is curteous, even if the rooms aren't always ready for use (i.e. shower caps, towels, etc.). Today I inquired about the amount of sessions remaining on my package, and was met with a rude response from the young man working behind the desk. I asked about coupons to purchase the same package at the same price, and was met with an ever ruder response of ""go find it"". This was very unsettling being that this was the same person who sold me my original package. This was unprofessional and does not bode well for this company. In a world where reality shows, media, etc. are king, where Sunset Tan HAD its own reality show, this franchise should be made aware that there are other programs designed to expose poor customer service (Undercover Boss, 7 on Your Side, etc.). I do hope the owner reads this posts and perhaps educates employees that tanning salons are a dime a dozen, and customer service is what keeps them in business, and the workers employed.
