I've had them screw up special orders 3 times in a row. The last straw was Friday when I went in to get my cat's insulin I had called in days before. They didn't have it, just another lame excuse.
Who needs a vet who jeopardizes your pet's health with their incompetence? If that was somehow acceptable I could save money and just not go to the vet.
